We are two weeks into Kindergarten, so, at least for now, I think we are pretty sure of what our schedule looks like.
6:30am: Wake, kids get dressed
7:00: Breakfast
7:30: Teeth/hair/parents get dressed
8:00: Bye Daddy! Nurse Kaytlin
8:05: Start school with Math, Handwriting, Spelling (verbal)
9:00: Snack
9:30: Grammar, Writing (these are separate classes for us); Reading (which is also History)
10:30: Free play
Noon: Lunch
12:45: Spanish/snack with Daddy
1:05: Geography and Art (sometimes these combine for a salt map or something like that)
2:00: Ballet
2:30: Snack
2:45: Free play
4:00 or 4:30: Dinner Prep
5:00: Supper
5:45: Bible Story/Hymn memorization
6:00: Nebulizer treatment
6:10: Clean up toys
6:15: Snack/Bedtime routine
6:45: Catechisis
7:00: Bed
Daddy occasionally helps with Spanish and Geography. He is much better at Geography than I am. He also leads us in our Bible story, hymn memorization and in Catechisis if he is at home.
This schedule works well for us, and we are really enjoying homeschooling.
