Time changes are a parent's worst nightmare. We change the clock, go to bed, and hope that the kids just sleep. Morning in the Fall comes way too early. Morning in the Spring is rushed as we get ready for school.
My kids have been getting up a bit earlier, but thankfully, they adjusted without much notice. David, Jr. was already waking up too early before the time change and is waking up at about the same time now. Allyssa woke up a bit earlier than normal, but this might be due to her brother asking her, while she was sleeping, "Is it day yet? Do you think we can get up?"
This post was interesting to me. It has some interesting things to say about the time change.
