Allyssa went to her asthma specialist this past week. She has been doing wonderfully, so we are able to reduce her meds by 1/2!!! She still will use a nebulizer machine once a day, but the medicine is half of the dose.
The biggest concern that the doctor had last time was her height and weight. She is currently 40 inches tall and weights 35 pounds. That puts her in a low percentile, but still on the charts. The good news is that she grew an inch from her last visit 4 months ago and gained 3 pounds. While the doctor is still concerned about her petitness, we are not. She is healthy and happy.
