I'm doing away with Menu Monday. I either have had to substitute leftovers for meals or have not been in the mood for the things on the list. Instead, I do have a calendar on the refrigerator with all of our favorite meals on it. I'll just be referring to that instead of the weekly menu. Because we have almost all of the ingredients for every meal that I cook on hand, I don't think that I benefit as much from the menu as I would if I didn't cook from staples. It was fun while it lasted.
And by the way, we had Pasta Bolognese for supper tonight.
